Camp Nefesh 2026 camper application is now open

Camp Nefesh is a free summer day camp for refugee, immigrant, and newcomer children in the Sacramento region, designed to provide a safe, joyful, and enriching summer experience.

Who Can Join

• Cost: Completely FREE for all families
• Ages 4–10: Campers
• Ages 11–13: Junior Leader program
• Ages 14–18: Counselor opportunities
• Transportation: Available upon request

Parent Orientation Day

May 31 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Families can attend whether or not they’ve applied—this is a chance to explore camp, meet staff, and ask questions.
